How it works: We received DUDE Wipes' inventory and
purchase order data as an Excel spreadsheet, then built
an automation that validated, sanitized, and processed
the information. The automation ensured consistency by
checking for common issues like formatting errors and
discrepancies. If any issues were detected, the system
flagged them for review, allowing DUDE Wipes to maintain
clean and accurate data for further processing.

upcoming purchase orders with on-hand and scheduled

PO Allocation Complexity

Multiple purchase orders tied to the

manage inventory allocation,
especially when some POs were
partially or fully fulfilled.


Solution:

  • We cross-referenced on-hand
    inventory with purchase orders in
    chronological order, allocating
    available inventory to the earliest POs
    first. In the case of a PO being fully
    exhausted, the system notified the
    client before moving on to the next
    order, ensuring smooth and efficient
    inventory allocation and reporting.
